Akaina Talent is seeking a Commercial Director for a London-based Data & AI consulting practice. You will own the go-to-market strategy, shape propositions, and drive growth while building a strong commercial engine. You will manage pipelines, forecast opportunities, and lead a team reporting to the CCO.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders, represent the practice at industry events, and work closely with the CEO to align strategic objectives. 4 days in the London office are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in a real AI transformation programme.
• Shaped propositions and selling experience at boutique or mid-size consultancies.
• Proven experience managing £10–15 million commercial targets and complex deals.
• Executive presence with credibility in senior client meetings.
• Experience building or running a team, not just individual contributor.

Responsabilités

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for the Data & AI consulting practice.
• Manage the current pipeline and define key propositions.
• Build relationships with senior clients (CDIOs, Heads of Data, Transformation Directors).
• Represent the company at conferences and events as a Data & AI expert.
• Collaborate with the CEO and report to Chief Commercial Officer.
