Job summary

Omnea Limited is seeking a Head of Customer Value to build and run our value function from the ground up. You’ll own expansion and retention across our enterprise base, leading Customer Value Leads, closing high‑stakes upsell deals, and bringing commercial rigour to scale the function.

You’ll report to the VP Customer Experience, collaborating with the CEO and CCO. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a player‑coach mandate, operating in a fast‑growing, enterprise‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior commercial or customer leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading a function (as IC and as a leader).
• Proven track record of owning NRR targets and driving upsell, retention, and value articulation in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the expansion and retention motion across enterprise accounts; lead Customer Value Leads and close high-stakes deals.
• Build and implement the playbook for expansion and revenue growth across the team.
• Develop ROI-driven QBR frameworks with VP Customer Experience and VP Product.
• Coach and scale the team, navigate complex enterprise relationships, and hire as we grow.
• Feed the product and revenue roadmap by surfacing expansion opportunities and pre-selling new modules.
