Position: Head of CRM & Retention

Location: London (3 days a week in the office)

Salary: £70k - £80k (dependent upon experience)

MKJ Ignite is collaborating with one of the fastest-growing D2C brands in the UK. The company has experienced significant growth recently, with further expansion expected in revenue and team size.

They are seeking a Head of CRM & Retention to lead CRM, Retention, Email & SMS communication strategies. This is a senior role, but with a small team, so a hands-on approach is required.

Required Skills:
  • At least 6 years of CRM, Retention & Email Marketing experience, preferably in a subscription D2C brand.
  • Proven experience in CRM, Email, Loyalty, Retention Marketing & SMS.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience with Klaviyo is advantageous.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a successful B2C marketing track record.
  • Strong data analysis, numerical, and analytical skills.
