Job summary

Genflow is seeking a Hands-on Head of Product Development in London to own clothing development across creator brands. You will work directly with creators, designers and factories, guiding from concept to bulk delivery and building a high-performing product function.

You will lead supplier relations, negotiate costs, and drive quality and schedule across activewear and outerwear launches for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clothing product development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Experience building supplier networks and managing factories.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, construction and fit.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development from concept brief to bulk production.
• Build tech packs, specs, grading and measurement charts with design.
• Lead fabric and trim development including lab dips and testing.
• Set critical path and manage launches to schedule.
• Negotiate with manufacturers and manage supplier relationships.
