Qualifications
Proven experience in product development preferably within apparel, stationery, accessories, or a related category.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes.
Strong eye for design, with awareness of current trends in colour, pattern, and materials.
Experience briefing and working collaboratively with designers.
Commercial awareness, including costings, margins, and supplier negotiation.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple product timelines.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Collaborative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience working with creator brands or lifestyle products is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of all apparel & lifestyle products.
Translate creative concepts into commercially viable, production-ready products.
Monitor fashion and lifestyle trends and apply these insights.
Brief and collaborate with designers to develop designs.
Source materials and manage production processes.
Work closely with internal teams to align on product vision.
Own supplier relationships and ensure product quality.
