Tees Valley Combined Authority is seeking a visionary Head of Creative and Digital Sector Growth to drive growth in the region's creative, cultural and digital economy. You will lead programmes and partnerships that support business growth, new ideas and investment.

As Programme Director for the £160m Tees Valley Investment Zone, you will help to position Tees Valley as a competitive place for creative production, digital innovation and sustainable long-term growth through collaboration with

Qualifications

• Commercially minded leader with experience in creative, cultural, digital or economic growth roles.
• Experience delivering growth plans and attracting private investment.
• Leading large programmes with public funding, finance control and compliance.
• Track record of attracting investment and creating jobs.
• Strong knowledge of the creative, cultural and digital sectors and their growth potential.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with government, investors, partners.
• Experience securing external funding and maximizing investment opportunities.
• Strong leadership and ability to build delivery-focused teams.
• Clear communication at senior level and ability to represent the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes and partnerships that support sector growth, innovation and investment.
• Act as Programme Director for the £160m Tees Valley Investment Zone to drive growth and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with government, investors, industry leaders, cultural organisations, education providers and local partners to turn opportunities into concrete projects.
