Qualifications

• Collaborative leader with senior experience in skills, employment, workforce development or economic growth.
• Strong track record of creating and delivering workforce, skills, careers or employment plans benefiting residents and employers.
• Experience leading large public funding programmes with governance and compliance.
• Experience commissioning or managing services that support skills, employability and progression.
