Job summary
The Coleshill School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly effective Head of Creative Arts and Technology to join our supportive and ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity for a DT-qualified teacher to lead and develop our Creative Arts and Technology provision, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the department.

Qualifications
- Qualified DT teacher with strong subject knowledge and passion for the subject.
- Experience delivering DT teaching across secondary age/ability.
- Experience leading or supporting curriculum development or department leadership.
- Ability to inspire and develop students and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Creative Arts and Technology department with clear direction.
- Deliver a broad, engaging DT and Creative Arts curriculum across the department.
- Plan and deliver high-quality DT lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Monitor teaching, learning and progress across the department.
