Job summary

Savills is seeking a Head of Lettings Property Management to support the Head of Lettings and manage the department, ensuring a proactive, customer-focused service for landlords and tenants. The role requires leadership of six Team Leaders and their teams and a minimum of five years’ experience in property management leadership.

Role Overview

The purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Lettings Property Management with the management of the department and ensure Savills Landlords and Tenants receive an effective, customer focussed property management service.

The role involves management and leadership of 6 Team Leaders and their teams. It requires a passion for delivering excellent customer service, including problem solving, communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors and ensuring we are delivering an excellent level of service to our clients.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience of managing a property management team is required for this role.
