Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Administrator to support the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of talent across our Lettings business.

Working closely with the Lettings Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment process, helping to identify, engage and secure high-quality candidates for a range of Lettings positions. The role will include recruitment administration as well as screening candidates, coordinating interviews and processing of job offers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year's recruitment experience or Lettings experience who is looking to further develop their career within an in-house talent acquisition function.
