Job summary

Savills in Richmond is seeking a Contractor Manager to oversee the relationship between Savills and the contractors delivering works on our let properties. You will ensure quality workmanship, value for clients, and timely invoices while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will review lessons learned, propose process improvements, and deliver training to teams across our lettings operations to support landlords and tenants.

• Experience in residential property management is essential.
