Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships to protect butterflies, moths, and the environment we all share.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and deliver the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with caring companies, and generate transformational income to support our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and implement a dynamic Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
• Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive new business development
• Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
• Create compelling proposals, tailored support cases, and stewardship plans
• Collaborate across the organization to align fundraising with broader goals
• Manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer, fostering growth
• Analyze performance and report to leadership and boards confidently

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
• Experience developing and implementing fundraising plans to meet targets
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements
• Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations
• Experience with charity CRM systems and knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
• Experience stewarding funder relationships and communicating complex information clearly
• Budget development and management skills

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per year (pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset (a few days per year)
