The Opportunity

Ready to lead bold, brilliant creative work that turns heads and wins hearts? We’re seeking a dynamic Head of UK Content & Creative to take charge of our talented team and drive standout campaigns for a stellar roster of clients. As our creative captain, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-impact content—owning the vision, leading from the front, and ensuring every project hits the mark, on time and on budget. From pitch to production, you'll develop smart, strategic ideas that excite clients and win new business.

Your Mission

  1. Lead and inspire a high-performing UK-based creative and content team.
  2. Drive creativity across a diverse portfolio including major clients like the ECB, ICC, EFL, The FA, Toyota, Budweiser, and M&S.
  3. Own the department budget and keep projects on track.
  4. Respond to high-profile tenders and pitch to secure significant wins.
  5. Expand our presence beyond in-stadium signage into new territories.
  6. Collaborate with our global Content & Creative network to elevate standards across the board.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. 7+ years of experience in content and creative roles.
  2. Proven leadership in inspiring a creative team with a desire to challenge conventions.
  3. A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in innovative and impactful campaigns.
  4. Success in contributing to new business wins and presenting creative concepts to clients.
  5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ideally with international teams.
  6. A solid understanding of the UK sports landscape.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (highly desirable).
  8. Successful DBS check required.
  9. International travel may be required periodically.
