? The Opportunity:

Ready to lead bold, brilliant creative work that turns heads and wins hearts? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Head of UK Content & Creative to take the reins of our talented team and drive standout campaigns for a stellar roster of clients. As our creative captain, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-impact content - owning the vision, leading from the front and making sure every project hits the mark, on time and on budget. From pitch to production, you'll be the go-to for developing smart, strategic ideas that excite clients and win new business.

? Your mission:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing UK-based creative and content team.
  • Drive creativity across a diverse portfolio including major clients like theECB, ICC, EFL, The FA, Toyota, Budweiser and M&S.
  • Own the department budget and keep projects running like clockwork.
  • Respond to high-profile tenders and pitch like a pro to land big wins.
  • Expand our footprint beyond in-stadium signage into exciting new territories.
  • Collaborate with our global Content & Creative network to raise the bar across the board.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7 years+ experiences in content and creative roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and inspiring a creative team with a desire to challenge convention.
  • A knockout portfolio showcasing your leadership in innovative and impactful content and creative campaigns.
  • Demonstrable success in contributing to new business wins and presenting creative concepts to clients.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ideally with international teams.
  • A strong understanding of the commercial sports landscape in the UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field highly desirable.
  • Successful DBS check required as standard.
  • Mobility - International travel may be required periodically as part of the role
