Job summary

Paddle is seeking a Head of Content to shape editorial direction and ensure narrative consistency across the business. You will define how we tell our story through long-form thought leadership, flagship reports, campaigns, executive messaging, and customer storytelling, aligning with brand, category positioning, and commercial priorities.

You will lead and mentor a team of writers, set quality standards, and build scalable systems for planning, approvals, and QA.

Qualifications

• Senior editor with storytelling experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing writers and giving constructive feedback to raise quality.
• Strong systems thinker who builds processes that improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Paddle's multi-format content strategy and roadmap, aligned to brand and business objectives.
• Own narrative clarity across long-form, flagship campaigns, and customer content.
• Mentor a team of writers, elevating quality, tone, and structure across output.
• Edit, review, and approve flagship assets and campaign content for clarity and impact.
• Partner with Creative, Comms, PMM, and Demand to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
