Anglian Water Group's @one Alliance seeks a Head of Construction (Water Recycling) to lead delivery across a major capital programme. You will ensure safe, efficient, high-quality builds that contribute to a sustainable future for communities and the environment.

You will drive innovation with the supply chain, manage budgets and resources, and champion health, safety and inclusion across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in large-scale construction management.
• Deep understanding of construction techniques, engineering processes and planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience managing budgets, contracts and stakeholder relationships.
• Forward-thinking, open to innovation, collaboration and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing construction delivery teams, promoting collaboration, safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee construction strategy and delivery across multiple complex projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Drive innovation and new ways of working through the supply chain to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Anglian Water, Alliance partners and external suppliers.
• Lead cost control and resource planning to maximise value and performance across programmes.
• Champion health, safety, wellbeing and environmental excellence, fostering a zero-accident culture.
• Promote inclusion, fairness and respect across all teams and partners.
