Job summary

Anglian Water Group is seeking a Construction Manager for our Water and Water Recycling Non-Infrastructure programme. You will lead site construction teams, manage RAMS, ensure H&S compliance, and drive zero waste and carbon reduction across projects.

You will work within an alliance framework, coordinating with tier 2 suppliers and internal teams to meet milestones, budgets, and quality targets while modelling collaborative behaviours and delivering safe, efficient construction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing operational resources in a fast-paced environment.
• HNC or degree in Civil or Construction Management.
• CSCS Card (Black minimum) and strong safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects on budget and on time.
• Approve RAMS and ensure safety, time and quality performance from tier 2 suppliers.
• Lead Constructability Reviews, Project Rehearsal and Fit for Assembly sign-off.
• Drive zero waste and reduce embodied carbon in construction activities.
• Ensure timely contractual and commercial notices and coordinate with the Project Team.
• Plan labour, plant and materials with the Lead Construction Manager.
• Ensure full H&S compliance and empower teams to raise safety concerns.
• Balance standard products with innovative techniques to maintain industry leadership.
