Job summary

Anglian Water is recruiting a Head of Construction (Water Recycling) to lead delivery across a major capital programme in the East of England. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency while steering multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.

As part of the @one Alliance, you will collaborate with partner companies to deliver strategic infrastructure, ensuring on-time, within-budget outcomes that benefit communities and the environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in large-scale construction management within water/utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, engineering processes and planning.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop delivery teams across multiple complex projects, focusing on safety and collaboration.
• Oversee construction strategy and delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
• Drive innovation and new ways of working through the supply chain to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across Anglian Water and alliance partners.
• Lead cost control and resource planning to maximise value across programmes.
• Champion health, safety, wellbeing and environmental excellence.
