Must-Have Requirements

• Right to work in the UK or EU with settled status
• Residency near STN or willingness to relocate
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Qualification and experience per UK Regulation (EU)1321/2014 for Compliance Monitoring Manager for CAMO and Part 145, acceptable to UK CAA
• At least 5 years relevant experience, including 2 years in the aeronautical industry in a similar role
• Engineering degree or aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education or 5+ years experience in aircraft maintenance, continuing airworthiness, or surveillance
• Practical experience in aviation safety standards and safe operating practices
• Knowledge of UK safety management systems, ICAO Annex 19
• Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft or component maintenance and relevant regulations

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of UK CAA and EASA regulations
• Understanding of HF principles
• Knowledge of maintenance methods
• Experience in compliance monitoring within aviation operations
