- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Significant commissioning, energisation, construction, or operations experience.
- Proven leadership of technical engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of HVDC, HV, Substation, or Grid projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the UK-based Commissioning Engineering team.
- Act as the line manager for Commissioning Engineers; conduct reviews and career planning.
- Develop individual development plans and succession planning.
- Foster mentoring, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure availability of commissioning resources for projects and tenders.
- Forecast resource needs with project leadership.
