Job description

Head of Commercial Partnerships Salary £55,000 - £60,000

Full Time/Permanent. A mixture of office (central London) and home working is anticipated with this role.

We are looking for a confident, high-performing colleague to lead on commercial partnerships to develop and implement the RSM new business strategy, including reviewing and updating sponsorship packages and corporate membership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and onboard new commercial partnerships.
  • Lead the sponsorship/business development team.
  • Provide strategic oversight and management to improve the business development function.
  • Drive the growth of RSM's corporate membership programme.
  • Provide research and insights into the sector.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

You will have experience in a senior commercial partnerships or business development role, ideally within medical, healthcare, charity, or professional membership sectors, and a strong track record of securing high-value sponsorship deals and driving new business growth.

Closing date for applications: 14 January 2025

Interviews: Initial teams call interview on w/c 20 January 2025, followed by an in-person interview for successful candidates.
