We bottle the best of TikTok's content opportunities in ways that allow brands to be part of these culture shaping moments for deeper marketing effectiveness, delivering reputational work that offers a north star for our platform and the wider industry. Our team works as a bridge between the user and sales sides of TikTok, supporting priorities across both, and building partnerships that enable brands to truly be at the heart of cultural and seasonal moments for their audience.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnership Solutions, this role's central focus is on building and managing the delivery of programmes and projects, ensuring that TikTok's European team is well organised and equipped to meet our business goals and advertising partner campaign goals. These programmes are highly complex creative projects which involve a large number of cross functional teams within TikTok - and external stakeholders, including key clients. The role requires you to manage and oversee each contributing function's output, to ensure milestones are met within workstreams, but also to offer a holistic perspective to spot opportunities to foster more collaboration horizontally, and act as trusted advisor to the CPS team overall.

We are looking for an experienced self-starter who is passionate about solving multifaceted business challenges in a fast-paced environment, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity and humility to the work environment. This role will:

  1. Operate across the breadth of both tentpole partnerships and turnkey packaging opportunities, on a project by project basis.
  2. Partner with the CPS strategists and the CPS Programme Manager to build partnership opportunity pipeline roadmaps for local markets across EUI.
  3. Build the commercial opportunity package for certain markets and verticals.
  4. Build the go to market sales enablement materials, launching and training sales on the opportunities, in partnership with the CPS strategist.
  5. Be a creative and branding product expert, partnering with product strategy and creative operations to build media plans for partnership projects.
  6. Lead on project management and collaboration between teams, support and orchestrate creative and executional excellence.
  7. Maintain and track detailed project/programme activity to monitor progress against our goals, with project reporting to leadership throughout project/programme lifecycle.
  8. Reporting and analysis of campaigns and projects, including revenue tracking and quarterly business reporting.
  9. Manage certain products for CPS campaigns, including Pulse Premiere and Out of Phone.
  10. Operational support across the team including payments.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Developing and demonstrated experience in media operations, strategy or planning role in large (ideally global) media/entertainment company, management consultancy, or consumer tech.

- Experienced in working with creative and product teams.

- Experience working across teams in a matrixed organisation.

- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

- Data literacy and understanding of P&Ls, business ROI.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Non-linear thinker, sensitive to dependencies with strong deductive and inferential logic.

- Pragmatic and optimistic, positive attitude with a strong bias for action.

- Passionate about TikTok and our team's projects.
