Job summary

Razorblue Group is seeking a Head of Cloud and Infrastructure to lead a growing tech team in the UK. You will steer technical direction for complex infrastructure, manage resources, and drive initiatives across hybrid cloud platforms, backup, security, and enterprise applications.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge including Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory/Group Policy, with strong PowerShell automation capabilities
• Comprehensive experience with enterprise infrastructure including virtualization (vSphere, Hyper-V), storage solutions, and backup systems (particularly Veeam)
• Advanced networking expertise spanning multiple firewall platforms, Citrix environments, and unified communications (Teams, Mitel, Gamma)
• Proven experience implementing and managing hybrid cloud solutions, secure endpoint management, and enterprise infrastructure architectures
• Strong background in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and documentation across complex environments
• Current knowledge of security practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
• Exceptional team leadership combined with strong project planning and resource management capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise in ITIL frameworks, service delivery, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Outstanding communication skills (English fluency required) with ability to engage technical and business audiences effectively
