Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales and Customer Service located in Norwich. The role involves overseeing daily sales through customer activities, developing sales strategies, managing and leading customer service teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business development. The role would suit a people oriented individual who thrives on connecting with the team and clients and enjoys nurturing more junior staff.
