Job Description:

We’re Plannr, and we’re building the CRM that financial advisers actually want to use. No clunky back-office legacy systems. No endless tickets. Just seamless onboarding, happy clients, and scalable success.

We’re looking for a Client Services Lead to oversee onboarding, implementation, support, and account management, helping us build a standout client experience as we scale.

What you’ll do

• Own the full post-sale journey - from discovery to adoption
• Lead and grow the team across Implementation, Support & Data Migration
• Launch new Account Management and Customer Success functions
• Segment clients, define tiered service models, and track success metrics
• Handle escalations and strategic accounts confidently
• Build toolkits, playbooks, and automation to scale service
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to drive usage and upsell
• Champion the client voice internally and push for improvements

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading onboarding, client services, or delivery teams at a SaaS, CRM, or fintech company
• Hands-on with clients, commercially savvy, and passionate about scaling effective processes
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats - team coach, delivery lead, problem solver
