Job summary

Jupiter Asset Management seeks a Head of Client Outcomes to own governance around Consumer Duty, AoV and Annual Product Review, aligning regulatory requirements with commercial objectives.

You will collaborate with Product Structuring, Client Group and Investment Management to ensure client outcomes are considered throughout the product lifecycle, balancing compliance with practical business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of UK asset management products and how they are distributed and priced.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer Duty, AoV and APR frameworks and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Consumer Duty MI, dashboards and board reporting.
• Lead AoV and APR processes across fund ranges and coordinate cross-functional input.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory expectations for client outcomes and product proposals.
• Manage and develop two direct reports and plan workload across governance cycles.
• Foster high-quality, evidence-based output and proactive governance culture.
