Job summary

JJ SEARCH LIMITED is recruiting a Product Governance Manager / Consumer Duty Manager for a leading Wealth Management firm in the City of London. You will own product governance, ensure good customer outcomes, and oversee Consumer Duty compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years FCA Consumer Duty experience, strong stakeholder engagement with executives, and the ability to produce management information and board-ready reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FCA Consumer Duty experience in wealth management.
• Experience in product reviews and governance papers.
• Understanding of pricing, target market and value assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Consumer Duty & product governance reviews across UK wealth management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management information.
• Present findings to senior governance forums.
• Coordinate annual Fair Value Assessments across products and services.
