Job summary

Jupiter Fund Management invites applications for a 12‑month FTC within the Client Outcomes Team in London. You will help evolve Jupiter's product governance framework and ensure good outcomes for clients throughout the product lifecycle.

The role involves cross‑functional partnership with Product, Investments, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations. Responsibilities include governance input, preparing high‑quality papers, and delivering annual fund reviews and Consumer Duty

Qualifications

• Substantial experience within asset management in Product, Product Governance, Client Outcomes or a related function.
• Strong understanding of pooled fund structures and UK regulatory framework, including Consumer Duty and AoV.
• Experience supporting product development, lifecycle management or governance activities.
• Proven ability to produce papers for senior management or governance committees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of Jupiter's client outcomes and product governance framework across activities.
• Provide governance input and constructive challenge to new product proposals and lifecycle events.
• Prepare papers, management information and recommendations for governance forums.
• Monitor target market and distribution outcomes to ensure good client outcomes.
• Develop management information and outcome metrics for governance committees and Board reporting.
• Present analysis and recommendations to governance committees and senior stakeholders.
