Responsibilities

• Manage members of the Client Operations team and train, motivate and support them.
• Process payments for corporates, wealth customers, group entities and internal departments.
• Ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction targets are realised.
• Test system upgrades (Flexcube) and coordinate UATs and BAU tasks.
