Job summary

Andsimple is seeking an experienced trust accountant to head the client accounting team within a Guernsey-based fiduciary services provider—serving a global client base across trust, funds and wealth management. Job description

An experienced trust accountant to head the client accounting team of a well-established Guernsey-based fiduciary company serving a global client base of trust, funds and wealth clients.

Our client is a well-established, Guernsey based, fiduciary company offering a wide variety of financial services to a global client base. On their behalf we are seeking an experienced trust accountant to head their client accounting team. Applicants should have a broad knowledge of trust, funds, wealth and investment management and have had demonstrable experience in a leadership role within a financial services company. Good knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory reporting requirements will be expected. Excellent knowledge of the Guernsey and UK tax regimes particularly relative to corporations will be essential. A professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA/CIMA will be expected and good understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP (FRS102) in relation to trust accounting.

This is a full time role but consideration may be given to someone wishing to work slightly reduced hours.
