Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Regional Head of Cleaning to lead and elevate our cleaning operations across multiple high-profile contracts.

This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring financial performance, and driving innovation across both public and private sector contracts.

The Role

As Regional Head of Cleaning, you will:

1. Lead multi-site cleaning operations across a diverse portfolio of contracts
2. Ensure services are delivered to exceptional standards – on time and on budget
3. Inspire and develop high-performing regional teams
4. Foster strong client relationships and ensure compliance with contract terms
5. Identify opportunities for growth through tenders and new business
6. Manage TUPE processes in collaboration with HR
7. Champion health & safety and operational compliance at all levels

What You Bring

Experience:

• Proven senior leadership experience in cleaning or facilities management
• Track record of delivering results across complex, multi-site contracts
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

• Commercially astute – confident with budgets, forecasting, and P&L analysis
