Job summary

Chubb Overseas General (COG) Claims is seeking a Head of COG Claims Data to lead the data strategy and delivery across global Claims operations. This role will develop scalable data products, modern data pipelines, and AI-ready data assets to enable analytics, automation, and AI capabilities.

You will partner with Claims Transformation and regional teams to define data capabilities, manage roadmaps, and drive iterative delivery of business value through agile squads and reusable data patterns.

• Lead data products for analytics, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the COG Claims Data strategy aligned with Claims Transformation priorities and enterprise data strategy.
• Lead data products enabling operational insights, analytics, automation, and AI across the Claims value chain.
• Scale and expand scalable data pipelines supporting both structured and unstructured claims data.
• Establish standards for data quality, metadata, governance, lineage, and observability to ensure trusted enterprise data assets.
