• Significant expertise in CAE / FE analysis solutions.
• Experience in problem solving.
• Preferred: Abaqus FE solver experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical CAE / FE analysis standard work and protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and testing teams to validate analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance technical capabilities.
• Perform technical analysis to support product development and certification.
• Design and implement training programs to cascade analysis tools and processes.
• Approve technical analysis applied during the design development process.
