The Information Management Services department focuses on data analytics, information security, records management, and supporting front-line policing systems.

Role Overview

The Head of Business Information will lead initiatives to improve business intelligence, oversee privacy and disclosure legislation, and manage key operational functions like Records Management and the Police National Computer.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Director at various meetings and forums.
• Develop and implement strategies supporting force priorities.
• Support data protection compliance and manage privacy risks.
• Design and develop reporting, KPIs, and analytics capabilities.
