AWE is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Business Administration service, driving performance, governance and customer-focused delivery. The role combines operational excellence with strategic thinking within a hybrid, partly on-site setting between Reading and Basingstoke.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop capabilities, manage resources and drive service improvements aligned to SLAs and organisational priorities. Strong stakeholder relationships are essential.
