Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation cert or willingness to achieve within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Business Partners to deliver service outcomes.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to represent IT priorities.
• Facilitate demand and investment planning for service improvements.
• Oversee service performance and customer experience using data and insight.
• Lead investigation and resolution of issues with clear communication.
• Champion governance, compliance and continual improvement in ITSM.
