Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a proactive Head of Branches to lead branch operations across northern England. You will be accountable for safety, customer and employee experience, profitability, and logistics, including showroom, warehouse, and field sales support.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership, commercial drive, and financial acumen with a proven safety track record in multi-site environments, preferably in industrial gases or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven safety leadership and audit discipline in high-risk settings.
• Strong P&L analysis and branch sales growth capability.

Responsibilities

• Safely lead branch operations with a culture of safety-first across multiple sites.
• Own the branch P&L, budgets, CapEx and cost-control initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, storage, and route planning to optimize delivery and customer experience.
• Streamline workflows in store/warehouse and counter sales to raise productivity.
• Drive revenue with field sales collaboration and key account teams.
