Job summary

Hurstpierpoint College Ltd invites applications for an exceptional Boys Hockey Performance Manager to lead and develop a sector-leading programme across Prep and Senior Schools. You will design long-term pathways, deliver high-quality coaching, and collaborate with the wider sport team to align performance with the College's ethos and standards.

You will oversee staffing, timetables, fixtures and tours, while using data and performance analysis to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and delivering structured hockey programmes within a school, club, academy or performance environment.
• Strong organisational, administrative and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Boys Hockey programme and develop a whole-school player development pathway.
• Coordinate staffing, timetables, fixtures, transport and tours.
• Plan and review annual development plans and progress against targets.
• Collaborate with other sports teams and Admissions to support recruitment and engagement.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and compliance in all activities.
• Represent the sport programme with professionalism at external events.
