Qualifications

Proven experience leading hockey programmes within school, club, academy or performance environments.
Ability to plan long-term athlete development and manage teams, fixtures and logistics.
Strong coaching and leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

Lead the Boys Hockey strategic plan and whole-school player development pathway.
Co-ordinate coaching across senior squads and age-group teams, developing technically and tactically proficient players.
Design weekly training timetables, manage staffing and fixture operations, and oversee tours and travel.
