Job summary

AutoSkills United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Bodyshop General Manager for its Park Royal site. The role is full-time with a basic salary of £60,000+ depending on experience, and overall responsibility for day‑to‑day performance of the automotive accident repair operation.

You will lead a team, drive productivity and ensure repair quality and excellent customer service while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Bodyshop General Manager or senior accident repair management role.
• Strong understanding of bodyshop operations and workshop workflow.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage priorities and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the bodyshop.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team across functions.
• Monitor workflow, repair progress and workshop productivity.
• Maintain high standards of repair quality and customer service.
• Manage priorities and efficient use of labour and resources.
