Job summary

Barclays in Glasgow is seeking a Head of BI & CB to define the approach for LRR Risk management across the organisation and provide data-led expert oversight with check and challenge on LRR risk management. The role requires extensive experience in transaction monitoring, team leadership and strong stakeholder management.

The position is based in Glasgow and will drive the strategy, governance and implementation of LRR risk controls, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Definition and maintenance of the LRR Risk framework and related policies.
• Collaborate with teams to enable a comprehensive LRR Risk management approach.
• Provide SME guidance on end-to-end LRR Risk processes and respond to queries.
• Assess LRR Risk levels with stakeholders and support remediation actions.
• Oversee implementation of LRR Risk Management Controls through process and systems reviews.
• Review escalations, risk events and issues to implement corrective actions.
