EPAM Systems, Inc. in London is seeking a Head of AWS Technology to lead the AWS practice with senior architects and engineers. You will set the technical vision, establish architecture standards and engineering practices while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders for well-architected solutions.

You will drive AI/GenAI adoption on AWS, mentor a high-performing team of AWS architects, and lead pre-sales and solution design for major opportunities across various sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with credibility to guide design decisions.
• Current expertise in AI/GenAI services on AWS and client applications.
• Proven leadership in building and managing senior technical teams.
• Experience shaping and winning cloud engagements in pre-sales.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for a Head of AWS Technology to join our team in London in a hybrid working mode. This is a senior leadership role that combines technical depth, architectural authority, and commercial responsibility to shape and grow EPAM’s AWS practice. You will set the vision, lead solution design and be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, well-architected solutions.Acting as a key technical partner with AWS, you will drive adoption of AI and GenAI services, establish engineering excellence and mentor a team of senior architects.
