Job summary

sees.ai seeks a seasoned VP Flight Operations to own and scale the autonomous drone flight operation across the UK and beyond. You will ensure safety, cost efficiency and high performance as the operation grows, with accountability to regulatory and compliance teams.

You will inherit an established team of 30+ across pilots, operations coordination, training, fleet and operations engineering, and you will build robust processes to support rapid international expansion while maintaining safety,

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large, safety-critical operations.
• Experience turning rapid growth into scalable, repeatable processes.
• Ability to work with engineers and regulatory teams to maintain safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end flight operations performance and safety accountability.
• Build scalable planning, capacity, training, and fleet-readiness systems.
• Lead and develop pilots, field operations teams and operations engineering.
• Establish operations in new countries with compliant operating models.
