Job summary

sees.ai is seeking an entry-level operations role for graduates with UAS or field equipment experience to join a UK-wide mission team. You will plan and execute real UAS missions in live conditions, balancing weather, logistics and safety while spending time both in the field and at our Chichester base.

You will work independently, communicate clearly with engineers, and contribute to mission planning improvements as the team grows in scale across the UK.

Qualifications

• A degree in a discipline with analysis, data, and judgement.
• Strong communication and technology literacy are essential.
• Ability to travel across the UK and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver real UAS missions in live environments.
• Coordinate deployments balancing weather, logistics and constraints.
• Manage site logistics including travel, accommodation and contingencies.
• Capture and validate inspection data in the field.
• Act as the link between field operations and engineering with structured feedback.
• Maintain high safety and operational standards across environments.
• Contribute to improving mission planning and execution as the company scales.
