Job summary

Sees is seeking a VP Flight Operations to lead the scaling of our autonomous drone program across the UK and internationally. You will own the safety culture, operational performance, and cost-effective growth, working closely with engineering, regulation, and compliance teams.

You will manage an ecosystem of pilots, training, fleet readiness, and capacity planning, acting as Accountable Manager under CAA and European approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety-critical, multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to scale operations with cost control.
• Strong leadership of large teams.
• Ability to work with engineers and regulation teams.
• Background in aviation or drone operations is beneficial.
