Responsibilities

• Connect demand forecasting, staff scheduling, and performance tracking into a single automated loop.
• Define and enforce high technical standards for the org, moving from data reporting to data engineering/science.
• Own global cost center and headcount budgets with <5% variance while scaling targets.
