The Gleneagles Hotel is seeking an assured Restaurant Manager to lead our new Asian restaurant launching in 2027. You’ll drive premium guest experiences, coach a high-performing team, and partner with our Head Chef to deliver memorable service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading premium or luxury restaurant operations.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to develop a high-performing team.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.
• Passion for Japanese and Chinese cuisine and beverage culture.
• Commercial acumen with labour management and profitability awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead service on lunch and dinner shifts with a five-day operation.
• Set restaurant tone in collaboration with Head Chef; ensure harmony of front and back of house.
• Take accountability for the restaurant's performance, balancing service quality with cost control.
• Deliver meticulous and engaging guest experiences, with attention to presentation and beverage rituals.
• Inspire and develop the team, fostering growth and high standards.
