The role
As Head of Arts and Music, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, contribute to organizational planning, and ensure culture continues to enhance community well-being and economic vibrancy.
The candidate
Candidates should have:
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in cultural policy, arts management, or creative industries leadership.
• Proven strategic leadership in a senior role, with experience leading large teams and delivering results in arts, culture, or music sectors.
• Understanding of arts and music service challenges and opportunities in public and third sectors.
• Strong financial management skills and experience securing diverse funding.
• Experience designing inclusive cultural programmes with diverse communities.
