In This Role You Will:- Lead and inspire a creative and high-performing Art team
- Oversee curriculum planning, schemes of work, and assessment
- Organise exhibitions, trips, and collaborative art projects
- Monitor student progress and support academic and creative achievement
- Foster inclusive practice and develop cultural capital through the arts
