Job summary

Interact Software is seeking a Head of Architecture to lead architectural vision, strategy, and execution for a scalable, high-performance platform used globally. You will shape future systems, drive innovation, and oversee AI integration across the organisation.

You’ll lead Principal Software Engineers and Technical Architects, align architecture with business goals, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver complex, high-impact features while setting governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in .NET and modern technical architecture as a hands-on leader.
• Strong understanding of AI integration patterns (RAG, embeddings, vector databases) at scale.
• Proven ability to drive governance, risk mitigation, and architectural assurance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Principal Engineers and Technical Architects.
• Shape the architectural strategy across the business with immediate and long-term goals.
• Define roadmaps, standards, and governance to guide platform evolution.
• Champion engineering excellence and scalable design across global platforms.
• Oversee AI strategy and secure, scalable AI integration across products and ecosystem.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align architecture with business objectives.
• Review and approve architectural decisions ensuring long-term strategy alignment.
